This is a 21+ walk-through experience, created for adults who want to sip, snack, play, and explore — not sit still. From the moment you arrive, Work & Leisure transforms into a snow-dusted playground of layered winter decor, glowing installations, cozy textures, interactive games, and photo moments around every corner. Avalanche is designed to keep you moving through the space, discovering something new with each pass. There is no traditional seated dining and no reserved seating windows. Instead, the layout features open, family-style seating that encourages mingling, connection, and exploration — whether you’re hopping into a game, grabbing another drink, or lining up the perfect photo. DRINKS Cocktails and mocktails are crafted by Raven Weinrich, Beverage Director of Work & Leisure, with a menu that leans indulgent, playful, and deeply seasonal. Expect thoughtfully balanced cocktails, elevated zero-proof options, and winter-inspired flavors designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. Avalanche proudly features beverage partners:

Guests are encouraged to bring a food or diaper donation for the Food & Diaper Banks of Greater St. Louis, which will be collected at the door. As a thank-you, donors will receive a free drink, helping turn generosity into celebration. And yes — there are shot skis with YETI. You’re welcome. FOOD Food is available throughout the evening via the food window by The Table STL, offering comforting, craveable dishes designed for easy grazing while you move through the experience. VIP & GROUP EXPERIENCES Looking to elevate your visit? Guests can rent the Lodge or the Leisure Loft for groups of 10 or more, offering a semi-private or private home base within Avalanche — perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or group outings — while still enjoying full access to the pop-up.
