Wines will be concealed during the dinner and your senses will take you on a journey with each course. After the food and wine are poured, the wine itself will be revealed and we will discuss what makes each wine unique for each dish.

Fried Chicken and Champagne
Buttermilk fried chicken thigh, liege corn waffle, house-made honey butter and apple wood smoked bacon maple syrup.
Lox Doughssant and Rose
Herbed laminated dough bagel, lox, caper and shallot cream cheese served with dill remoulade.
Croque Madame and Chabli
Toasted onion bread, French ham, dijon mustard cream sauce, sunny side up quail egg and caviar.
Wellington with Frite and Red Burgandy
Beef filet wellington, mushroom duxelles, house-made potato frite and aioli.
Cinnamon Roll Pain Perdu and Tokaji
Yeast dough cinnamon roll, Tokaiji custard, preserved apricot jam and sweeted clotted cream.
