Present their Fall Wine pairing experience.

*The Mystery begins... 6:15PM
Wines will be concealed during the dinner and your senses will take you on a journey with each course. After the food and wine are poured, the wine itself will be revealed and we will discuss what makes each wine unique for each dish.

     ~   MENU    ~

1st Course:
"Chicken Bulgoggi Eggroll"
Marinated chicken thigh, crisped wonton, shaved bee balm salad of lemongrass, ginger, green apple, bok-choy and ponzu hollandaise.

2nd Course:
"Wild Boar Gnocchi"
Ricotta cheese Gnocchi, wild boar sausage, ricotta crema, sauce Espagnole and roasted spaghetti squash.

3rd Course:
"Duck Confit - Root Veg Hash"
Confit duck leg, root veg hash made of parsnip, yam, rutabaga, fennel, onion, shallot, thyme and served with Cumberland Sauce consisting of flamed cherry, cranberry, red current and whole grain mustard.

4th Course:
"Lamb Schwarma + Coconut Yogurt Tzatziki
Marinated and slow braised lamb shank, Turkish braised leeks and coconut yogurt Tzaziki.

5th Course:
"Chai Spiced Honey + Carrot Cake"
Chai spiced carrot cake with honey soaker, topped with wine poached pear and honey sweetened marscarpone cream.
